The Permanent Information Office (OIP) is the company’s official body responsible for maintaining an open and continuous communication channel with local communities, authorities, and stakeholders, with the aim of providing transparent information, addressing inquiries, receiving suggestions, and resolving concerns in an agile and ongoing manner.
