Who are we?

We are La Arena, a mining unit of the international group Zijin Mining, a world-class company with a presence in 19 countries. In Peru, we contribute to the development of modern, efficient, and sustainable mining, with management that prioritizes safety, the well-being of our workers, and environmental care.

At La Arena, we believe that responsible mining creates real and lasting value for people and communities. Our operation comprises two complementary stages: La Arena Oxides, currently in production, and La Arena Sulfides, a project under development that represents the future of our operation.
